A: We have tried to make the pricing of our homes complete for our customers. Each neighborhood has a different appointment package included in the base price of the home. These packages have been value-engineered to provide the highest quality at the lowest possible price.

Most of our customers are pleasantly surprised to find that they stay within their allowances.
