Q: What type of warranty does Spall Homes offer?

A: Spall Homes provides a New York State compliant Homeowner's Warranty, covering:

1-Year - Entire Home
2-Year - Major Systems/Mechanicals (i.e. plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
6-Year - Major Structural Defects

In addition, each customer completes a full home walk through and new-home orientation with their construction supervisor prior to closing. Since we know it is impossible to pick up on all the little details of your new home, we also do a 30-day post-closing walk through with our customers. We complete the process again at the one-year anniversary of your home. Also, we have purchased extended warranties on many of the mechanical systems in our homes. These mechanical systems (i.e. heating and air conditioning) are covered for five years.
