The new policy sets a firm, advertised lowest price for every model home. “This allows us to offer buyers very competitive prices in today’s home market without the need for emotionally exhausting negotiations,” says President Ted Spall, Jr. “Under this policy, every buyer is assured of paying the guaranteed lowest price for a new Spall model home.” The new pricing policy represents “fantastic value,” says Sales Director Stacey Spall Smith. “These model homes provide floor plans and up-to-date amenities that today’s buyers seek, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinets in every kitchen.” Other buyer incentives, says Smith, include poured foundation walls for drier, more solid homes, and premium building locations and sites.
