Our Warranty

Each customer completes a full-home walk through and new-home orientation with their construction supervisor prior to closing. We also do a 30-day post-closing walk through with our customers, and complete the process again at the one-year anniversary of your home.

Residential Warranty Corporation's Six Year New Home Warranty is included with all of our homes. This limited warranty provides written insured protection, construction standards and requirements, a successful third-party resolution process and transferable coverage. The structural components of the home are covered for six years.

We provide extended manufacturer's warranties on the mechanical systems in our homes. These mechanical systems (i.e., heating and air conditioning) are covered for five years.
